The Members of the Marine Litter Working Group
The SIF-Marine Litter Working Group comprises of groups of beach and coast line marine litter gatherers who also participate in activities to highlight the issue of Marine Litter around the Scottish Islands. There are also experts on the group to help advise the group on legislative changes and activities which are happening at an international level which could be beneficial to the Scottish Islands.

The SIF – Marine Litter Working Group is also supported by Marine Litter Development Officers – who work with the group to expand its contacts and islands on which the marine litter data gathering activities can be developed and assist the group to link into Government consultations and local organisations to look for solutions to the problems of Marine Litter and circularity opportunities.
